Verification of the confession at the crime scene in investigations into the smuggling of synthetic drugs committed by online stores: the purpose and objectives

Analyzing the opinions of scientists in the field of the theory of criminalistics and the criminal process, as well as forensic investigation, the purpose of verification of the confession at the crime scene is investigated in this article. The point of view is argued that the purpose is to establish establish a person’s awareness on committed criminal act. Author’s design of part 1 of Art. 194 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is proved. In addition, the specificity of verification of the confession at the crime scene is solved in the investigation of the smuggling of synthetic drugs committed by online stores. On that basis a set of conclusions are proposed.
