Provoking Behavior of Children as a Basis for the Implementation of Parental Authority

The article defines the concept of “parental authority” and describes it as a moral and legal category. The article examines the peculiarities of the methods of implementing parental authority in Russia and defines its criminal-legal facets. It is also noted that the implementation of parental authority, as a rule, is not groundless, since the factor of their application is “provoking behavior of children”. The forms of “provoking behavior of children” are indicated. As a result, it is stated that it is expedient to study the issues of criminal law regulation of the implementation of “parental authority” in order to develop appropriate legislative solutions.
