Mental and somatic pathology in persons under care in institutions of social care in Surgut

The carried spent research has shown, that activity of establishments of social service on rendering the medico-social and psychiatric help has allowed to realize in territory of Surgut city the state social politics according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Directions of activity of establishments of social service has captured the basic priorities of a social politics, first of all - rendering of support to childrens, citizens of advanced age and invalids, and also the persons who are taking place in a difficult vital situation, suffering chronic mental frustration.
