Mental workload as the factor of personal readiness of pupils for the training intensification in modern school

In modern conditions of education reformation intensification and optimization of educational process have been determined as the main directions of education reorganization in modern school. Mental workload has been emphasized as one of the important factors as well as quality indicators of intensification of pupil educational activity. The carried-out scientific pilot studies of pupils of 1-11 grades has allowed to single out three types of mental lworkload, i.e. minimum, optimum, and limit. The conditional formula of mental workload is designated.
