Mental health and substance use of physicians

In the article, the analysis of structure of alcohol use, emotional burnout and neurotic disorders in 383 physicians working in hospitals of city Chita has been presented. During research, alcohol use pathology, has been identified in 10,6 % of cases (including alcohol dependence syndrome - in 2,6 %). It has been identified that in 61,6 % of physicians emotional burnout syndrome has been formed. Also, doctors have a variety of neurotic disorders.
