Mental violence as a way of committing a crime in the sphere of illicit drug trafficking

The article analyses mental violence as a way of committing a theft or an extortion of nar-cotic drugs and psychotropic substances, as well as plants containing narcotic and psycho-tropic substances, or their parts containing narcotic and psychotropic substances; some ways of improving criminal legislation and law enforcement practice are suggested.
