In all patients after impact of radiation and associated with it factors during liquidation of the accident at ChAPS we have diagnosed neuro-mental disorders of organic register (F0.6-0.7 according to ICD-10 criteria) and we have revealed multiple somatic diseases conventionally regarded as psychosomatic and immunological disturbances. Degree of severity of mental disorders often did not correspond to severity of ecological (radiation) impact. Social-psychological influences have made basic negative contribution to clinical dynamic of mental disorders in these patients having determined their progression. We have carried out complex analysis (clinical, genetic, cellular, psychological one) of families of persons having experience of impact of radiation. Mental disorders contributed to rise of destabilizing setting in their families. Family system and its aspects were disturbed - structure of family, microdynamic of the family, macrodynamic and family ideology what promoted accumulation of mental and somatic pathology, co-dependent interrelations in family members. Currently, mental disorders are already observed in children and grandchildren of patients with experience of impact of small doses of radiation what must serve as a precondition on introduction of family-genetic assistance within new medical and ecological programs.
