Psychophysiological and personal profiles in persons with a high level of mental adaptation (by the example of the staff of the Federal Penitentiary Service)

The study is aimed to determine the relationship between psychophysiological characteristics and individual psychological treats of the staff of the Federal Penitentiary Service with signs of а high level of mental adaptation under conditions of experimental modeling of stress load. The study involved 45 men aged 20 to 55 years. Psychological testing was conducted, stress-resistance study by the method of biofeedback. In results the signs that indicated cases with a high level of mental adaptation, depending on the features of the vegetative balance, the reactivity of the autonomic nervous system and the psychological profile were revealed.
