Psychological security of the personality of police officers

The article examines modern conditions when the criminogenic situation is becoming more tense, employees of the internal affairs bodies (ATS) are faced with many negative factors. The high crime rate, its violent nature, as well as difficult and sometimes extreme working conditions have a detrimental effect not only on the physical health, but also on the mental state of employees. If you do not pay serious attention to this issue, employees of the Department of Internal Affairs may experience various difficulties that will prevent them from effectively fulfilling their duties.
