This article raises the problem of psychological security of a person on the Internet. The definition of information - psychological security of a person is given. Specific problems and Internet threats encountered in the information space are analyzed in detail. And also the article presents the main ways to protect the individual from possible threats, online risks, as well as from the negative impact of the Internet space.
