Psychological safety of an ATS officer during a pandemic (COVID-19)

The article explores the concept of psychological security of a person. Along with high infectiousness and lethality, the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has caused deterioration in mental and psychological health in a large part of the world's population. Psychological safety research during the COVID-19 outbreak requires an increased focus on assessments of psychological, social, and economic factors to provide a more holistic understanding of subjective health phenomena. The article also presents some of the results of a study of the technology for the development of the psychological safety of police officers. The concept of psychological safety of police officers is characterized, the features of its development by psychological and pedagogical means of preventing the syndrome of emotional burnout are revealed.
