Psychological safety of law enforcement officers of the Russian Federation

This article examines the psychological safety of employees of internal affairs bodies as a key condition for their professional reliability, health and efficiency. It is shown that it is influenced by professional motivation, moral and communicative qualities, cognitive and physical preparedness, stress resistance, coping strategies and possession of psychotechniques, and the responsibility for its provision is borne by both the organization (management, psychological service) and the employee himself.
