Psychological competence in the framework of conducting possible psychological-psychiatric expertise in the civil process

In the article, the criterion of experimental competence of psychologist on posthumous-judicial psychiatric-psychological researches is studied. The main attention is paid on a tendency of objective interpretation of expert confinement in the aspect of legal right.
