The article discusses the importance of psychological culture of teacher’s personality for the success of his professional work. The authors emphasize that psychological culture as a mechanism for personal self-regulation should be one of the main characteristics of teacher’s personality. The article reveals the structure of teacher’s psychological culture. The results of empirical research have been submitted.
