The article outlines the spread-level of drug-usage as a youth surrogate subculture and the necessity to conduct personal psychological drug prevention among the cadets of the Russian Interior educational institutions and officers of the MIA. The researchers distinguish three main tendencies of the further development of drug-usage problem.
