Psychological assistance to children of primary school age for neurotic manifestations

The article reveals and analyzes the results of an empirical study of the level of neurotization and anxiety of students in grades 3-4, obtained using the CMAS explicit anxiety scale (adaptation by A.M.Priechodan) and the Children's Questionnaire of Neurosis (authors Sednev V.V., Zbarskin Z.G., Burtsev A.K.). The survey of parents was conducted using the methods "Zakharov Test for Assessing the Level of Anxiety of a Child," "Test of Screening Diagnostics of Mental Tension and Neurotic Trends in Children and Adolescents." According to the study, we can say that the results obtained from parents are statistically significantly higher than the results of a group of children. From this we can conclude that parents are not sufficiently aware of the state of neurotization and anxiety of their children.
