Psychological aspects of qualifying murder of a woman who is known by the quality man to be in a state of pregnancy

The article analyzes the judicial practice on qualifying a murder of a woman known to be in a state of pregnancy through the principle of guilt prescribed by the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The author makes the conclusion that judicial practice on these cases is miscellaneous and some judicial decisions contradict with the principle of subjective imputability. It’s also necessary to develop a unanimous approach to qualifying such crimes.
