Ensuring the psychological safety of the educational process in educational institutions of higher education

The article considers the psychological aspects of the problem of neglect of minors, analyzes the ratio of the phenomena of neglect and homelessness, reveals the socio-psychological causes of homelessness, analyzes the psychological defects of family and school education, preventing the moral and legal socialization of minors, their mastery of socially significant roles. The ways of “difficult adolescents” escape from social control, primitivization of their needs sphere, which is caused by psychological mechanisms of neglect, are presented.
