Psychological aspects of social and legal consultation of elderly people

Article is devoted to psychological aspects of implementation of social and legal consultation of elderly people. The social and legal consultation which is defined as one of types of social consultation is directed to rendering the legal aid to elderly people connected in elimination of deficiency of legal knowledge in the field of realization of their constitutional rights. It is revealed that for elderly people the certain social and psychological features caused by the age period and new conditions of activity are peculiar. In this regard the main requirements to the organization of the procedure of social and legal consultation of elderly people consisting in accounting of their age features and individual requirements and also basic principles and criteria of professional ethics of consultation work are defined.
