Psychological aspects of the internal environment of the organization at the management of personnel

The article is devoted to the study of psychological peculiarities in the management of the internal environment of an enterprise when organizing personnel management. The concepts of management within the organization and the psychological aspects of enterprise management are disclosed. Also considered and studied are the psychological techniques and methods of doing business and managing the collective within the organization. The analysis of psychological aspects in personnel management is carried out.
