The activity of specialists in many professions, especially in the management sphere, is full of many contradictions and difficulties, including in human relations. Modern managers experience great physical and mental stress and must be prepared to accept and overcome them in their behavior and activities in public and professional life. The model of personal development of managers, which is based on the program of intellectual and psychological development, is developed. The blocks of acquiring emotional stability in activity and mastering the ability to know other people, which develop the ability to resist negative phenomena in human management, are proposed and considered.
