Psychological bases of interrogation of victims

The interrogation of the victims is the most noticeable consequence of the occurrence, however, it was simultaneously combined and quite evoked by the link in the activity of the investigator. The author comes to the conclusion that during the interrogation, research is carried out, where his legal competence is manifested, and tactical decisions based on his psychological results and skills. The greatest harm is the interrogation of the victims. During the interrogation of the victims, it is required not only to obtain the necessary information, but also to study the personality of the interrogated, which manifests itself in one of the possible psychological cases.
