The family has long played one of the defining roles in shaping the personality of a child. However, depending on the maternal status and role, the parent-child relationship undergoes a number of changes. Serious socio-economic, mental and moral difficulties in our lives are important factors that undermine the sustainability of traditional family relationships. At the moment, there is a serious problem of public awareness of the psychological characteristics of child-parent relationships of working and non-working pregnant women. The parent-child relationship that the public often talks about is actually hidden in scraps of psychological articles and recommendations from educators. In order for the socio-psychological education of children to be effective and contribute to the active development of the personality, it is necessary to identify the psychological characteristics of working and non-working pregnant women and create effective measures to work with them.
