Psychological features of the civil-legal consciousness of the individual

This scientific article is devoted to the study of civic behavior of an individual within the framework of psychological and legal sciences. The question of the historical substantiation of the psychology of personality has been studied. Various definitions of consciousness are analyzed. The characteristic of the structured consciousness of a citizen in private legal relations is taken into account. It is concluded that the perfect consciousness of the individual in the field of civil law relations prevents the emergence and development of legal nihilism, and also contributes to the formation and strengthening of civil society, which, of course, has a positive effect on the development of both the people and the state.
