The study of the identity of the juvenile offender is among the leading and yet the most complex problems of criminology. The identity of the offender always is one of the main directions of criminological characteristics of learning any type of crime. Thus, it is possible to note that criminology as a science, essentially, investigates the identity of the offender, but such studies are particular, because they are in virtue of the nature of the learning object less general than studies of socio-economic and cultural values, due to the individuality of each person.
