They undergo a psychological examination without fail. This procedure is necessary to perform professional duties. In this article, the concept of alienation of a person as a quality of a person has not only a negative interpretation, but also a positive one, for the process of adaptation to society and overcoming alienation. In order to achieve this goal, correlation analysis and oneway analysis of variance were used, which allowed not only to study the relationship, but also the mutual influence of the psychological characteristics of the estrangement of the identity of the bailiffs in their structure of deep motives. Using these techniques, the following results were obtained: 1. The less bailiffs have a need for others and a need to be someone, the more they are inclined to know themselves. In other words, when bailiffs are detached from other people, they tend to turn more to self-knowledge. 2. The less bailiffs have a need to break ties with other people, the more they are prone to rejection of generally accepted laws and norms of society. In other words, the rejection of generally accepted norms and laws of society occurs jointly and with the participation of other people. 3. The more bailiffs are inclined to experience aggression and experience violent emotions and feelings towards others, the more they are inclined to reject them. 4. The more bailiffs feel the need to establish relationships with other people, the more they are prone to adaptability and self-realization.
