Psychological peculiarities of attitude to the profession and career readiness representation of graduates

The article presents the results of the empirical research on the topic "Representation of career readiness and professional mobility of youth in the Ulyanovsk region", implemented in 2015-2016 and grant-supported by the RFH. The authors of the diagnostic test conducted in 2016 considered the role of the cognitive component of career readiness and the specific structure of the attitude of young specialists to various aspects of professional activity. The methods of research made it possible to reveal the individual characteristics of attitudes toward professional activity among graduates of various specialties and to construct a semantic model of representations of the career readiness of the youth of Ulyanovsk region.
