Psychological characteristics of patients with consequences of stroke in the right carotid pool as a factor impeding the operation of the vehicle

Тhis article deals with psychological disorders in patients with the consequences of stroke in the right carotid pool, which are at the second stage of medical rehabilitation. The paper describes disorders of higher mental functions, the leading of which were disorders of perception and attention characteristic of 70 % of patients, regulatory functions, identified in 56 % and the emotional sphere, diagnosed in 31 % of patients. The main errors during driving are considered and the problems preventing these patients to drive are designated. With the help of correlation analysis, the obtained relationships between the screening scale of evaluation of cognitive processes, unilateral spatial agnosia, dysregulatory syndrome and emotional disorders are analyzed.
