Psychological peculiarities of parents participating in court disputes on children education

The article reviews psychological peculiarities of parents applying to court on questions relating to children education. It is stated that these parents are immature as persons and do not possess developed optimal strategies of behaviour in a conflict. The author stresses that the revealed problems may vary depending on the category of court dispute, position in a trial, they are of prevailing character covering both the parent’s personality and his sphere of relations with the child and a second parent.
