The study used mixed design methods, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, somatically oriented techniques, and a narrative approach when working with 347 participants who experienced various types of traumatic events. The main conclusions are the provisions on the need for differentiated use of therapeutic techniques depending on the specifics of the traumatic experience and individual characteristics of the client, while the integrative approach demonstrates the greatest sustainability of results in the long term. The author's contribution to the research is the creation of an empirically substantiated model for choosing psychological interventions and identifying the role of psychological resilience as a universal predictor of the success of the therapeutic process. As a result, it was determined that the combined use of various therapeutic modalities, taking into account the type of traumatization, creates optimal conditions for restoring psychological well-being and minimizing the risk of symptomatic relapse.
