Psychological pattems and mechanisms of sosial-psychological competence of bank employee

The article contains results of the researching of psychological patterns and mechanisms of the formation process of social and psychological competence. These results were received on the assumption of information about bank's employee’s competence of the most common divisions on the basis of the coaching work.
