Psychological monitoring in preventive work on strengthening service discipline in internal affairs agencies

It is considered important to enhance work with Internal Affairs agencies’ staff according to the reforms conducted in the ministry, increasing level of requirements to officers’ professional, personal and business qualities and the increasing number of disciplinary violations among the officers during their professional performance. The author argues that it is possible for Internal Affairs’ Chief Officers and personnel inspections to use methods of psychological monitoring of causes and conditions of disciplinary violations.
