Psychological and emotional condition of the operator of telecommunication communication in the process of professional activity

In the article the author gives the characteristic to the basic rules of functioning of emotional sphere of the person; the reasons of dismissal of employees are identified; the correlation between an emotional condition and working capacity of the employee is established; the ways of emotional control and development of stability to stress of operators of telecommunication ties are defined.
