Psychological counseling as a tool for improving the socio-psychological adaptation of employees in the organization

The article examines the processes of socio-psychological adaptation of employees in a professional environment, its importance for successful integration and professional growth. Through experimental analysis, including methods of psychological counseling and psychotherapeutic techniques, the effectiveness of counseling as a tool that helps to increase the level of socio-psychological adaptation, reduce stress and increase productivity has been revealed. The presented results demonstrate the importance of psychological and pedagogical support in personnel policy aimed at optimizing adaptation processes in organizations.
