Psychological provision of the work with officers and cadets requiring the increased psychological and pedagogical attention

The article is devoted to the attention paid to Russian MIA learning institutions’ cadets (Interior officers) experiencing difficulties in the line of their duties. The researcher suggests the ways of increasing effectiveness of psychological work with this group of the personnel.
