Psychological provision of management activities (at the example of an educational institution of innovative type)

The article sums up the experience of the organization of psychological provision of the management activities of the head of an innovative educational institution. The author considers the main directions and forms of the work aimed at the improvement of the effectiveness of the management system. He shows the role of psychological information. On the basis of the analysis of this information the head should make current and perspective management decisions.
