Psychological support in human resources management of aviation personnel

The article considers with the problem of psychological provision of aviation personnel. A person was considered in two variations as a resource in the enterprise and the main directions are defined, which should be taken into account when disclosing the specifics of aviation personnel and more effective use of labor potential. The role of psychological support of aviation personnel at the enterprise is analyzed, also presented approaches of psychological support.
