The article is devoted to the actual problem of modern management, psychology and sociology of management, it identifies the main signs of communication that contribute to the effective solution of production issues by employees of the company. The author highlights the features of the psychological interaction of the company's employees that affect the improvement of the organization's entrepreneurial activity. In the process of communication, people interact with each other and exchange their ideas and suggestions. The main purpose of communication remains the transmission of important information that can contribute to the development of the company and the transition to a new level.
