Psychology of perfectionism in the context of professional activity of an employee of the internal affairs: general and special

The article is devoted to the analysis of some scientific views on the field of mental state, referred to as perfectionism, which is associated with the need for a person as a representative of a certain professional community to show the potential of his character and use certain spiritual and physical efforts to reinforce his official status. Clarifying certain aspects of the subject area of perfectionism, the author focuses on the importance of psychological support for the official activities of employees of the internal affairs bodies and their awareness of both the nature of perfectionism and its consequences.
