Psychology of procrastination in the context of studying the personality of an employee of the internal affairs

The article is devoted to the analysis of individual psychological aspects of a person's behavior, the deep essence of which corresponds to the phenomenon of procrastination, which is closely related to such a personal quality as perfectionism. Clarifying some of the causes of procrastination and identifying its typology, the author draws attention to the relevance of the subject organization of individual educational work with the personnel of the internal affairs bodies and the motivation of each employee to work hard to improve their personality.
