Psychological and culturological research in the context of regional science and methodic council of the Republic of Tatarstan

The basic principles of the activity of Regional Science and Methodic Council of Tatarstan Republic are formulated in the article. The group of authors give the characteristics of directions for collaboration of the council and the chair of pedagogic and applied psychology of the Institution of Education Development, particularly in the research of the problem of influence of ethnic culture function on psychological development of gifted adolescents.
