The article deals with the psychological pedagogical model of motivational bases of future educational psychologists’ professional strategies. The author presents and analyzes each block of the model (objective, organization, content, development, outcome), defines their purpose. Special attention is paid to psychological-pedagogical conditions created purposefully when implementing the model.
