Psychological and pedagogical bases of specialists’ preparation on legal provision of national security in military institutions

The psychological and pedagogical bases of specialists’ preparation on legal provision of national security in military institutions of higher education are analysed in the article. Preparation of specialists on legal assistance of national security is considered as an important direction of activity of teaching staff of chairs as well as commanders of cadets’ units in the framework of legal education in a military college. A special attention is paid to psychological preparation of lawyer’s personality, to discovery of educational aims and definition of competences in educational activity of cadets on a new specialty. Main directions of forming and developing of a sense of justice and legal culture of trainees are defined.
