Pshyclogical-pedagogical features of social-psychological competence of penal system officers

In the article there is an analysis of social-pedagogical competence and similar concepts of penal system officers. The results of the study are processed in the article by the correlation analysis, performed using Spearman rank correlation. The data in the study were subjected to factor analysis, in which result 15 factors selected, describing 70,311% of the dispersion. Using Mann-Whitney's U test, comparison of indicators is carried out in the measured parameters of officers with the high and low level of social-psychological competence.
