The article deals with the first consideration of the concept of the networking blended learning, that is build in accordance with the principle of the high autonomy of the subjects of the educational process and the principle of the high jointness of their activity. There are described the conditions of the implementation of these principles: the triunity of network, the united learning content and the model “flipped classroom”.
