Psychological and pedagogical conditions of students’ leadership skills development in the maritime university

The article discusses development of leadership skills of maritime university students - future specialists of marine cargo fleet. Organization of systemic and purposive educational work plays significant role in the development of leadership skills, as well as development of readiness for leadership activities of maritime university students. The authors justify specific psychological and pedagogical conditions that support the educational process focused on the development of leadership skills of students - future naval officers.
