Psychological and pedagogical conditions of the formation of a subjectness of the future teacher

He need for the state in the education of highly moral, active, enterprising citizen which are capable for productive cooperation and independent action in the context of growing uncertainty of postindustrial society, raises the question of innovation in vocational teacher education in a new way and of the need to form the subjectness of the future teacher. The question of the formation of subjectness of the future teacher in the conditions of activity of the regional innovational platform based on Zlatoust Pedagogical College is considered in this article.
