This article discusses the features of the extracurricular activities course on the formation of universal educational actions named "UMKA". It also discusses the priorities of Federal State Education Standards, personal result of education and upbringing of a child. It describes the structure of the author's program of extracurricular activities on the formation of the universal educational actions "UMKA". The authors give the psychological and pedagogical grounds of formedness of cognitive, communicative, and personal universal educational action of school children. The article describes the effectiveness of the program mentioned.
