The article emphasizes the necessity of reformation of the approaches to education in preschool institutions with due regard for the new educational standards. The author considers conditions for development and fulfillment of any child in the educational institution. The psychological and educational support of children should become a first priority area both on the municipal level and in every child care establishment.
