Psychological and pedagogical support of education fundamental core in the conditions of new Federal state educational standards implementation

The article deals with the role of innovations in education and spirituality in the conditions of postmodernism, its psychological mechanisms: motivation, identification, self-regulation dynamic equilibrium in inter-ethnic relations. We emphasized the leading normative senses of such activities as religion, art and science, which form the semantic-value readiness of future specialists for professional work. The basic ethnic and cultural mechanisms were highlighted, among them self-regulation of personality, stability, and, especially, spirituality which should permeate the above mentioned spheres of human life and activity throughout his ontogeny. We noted that psycho-pedagogical maintenance of new Federal State Educational Standards implementation included in addition to traditional forms of psychological service psychological education, psychological prophylaxis, psychological testing, psychocorrection and psychological counseling; spiritual and moral education of students. The main task of new Federal State Educational Standards was creation of universal learning activities of students at each age level; but, in our opinion, the program had a lack of "spiritual" component.
